Seeing a need for more interaction in online courses, a faculty member and an educational technologist started a conversation about online learning. This has grown into the Faculty Learning Community (FLC): an organic, ongoing conversation for anyone interested in improving online teaching and learning. With live virtual meetings each week and now this blog, the FLC connects the ideas, questions, wonderings and musings that can foster innovative, thought-provoking, high quality online courses.
